Monthly Meditation


First Saturday of each month

7:30 - 8:00 am


We want to welcome the community into our studio at Satya Yoga for morning meditation each month! There is no need to sign up for this online, and there is no membership required. These meditation sessions are free and open to everyone!


Learn to steady the restless mind and enjoy more peace and ease in your life as we delve into more awareness of body, mind, and spirit.  Using pranayama (breathing techniques to quiet the mind) and guided seated meditation.


BE-YOGA-TIFUL with Stephanie Daly

Summer Session for Teens aged 12-18

Mondays and Wednesdays in June, 10-11:30am

$100 for 8 sessions, cool yoga tank included


Introduction to yoga with a focus on proper alignment, core strengthening, improved body awareness, and flexibility.  We will cover seated and standing poses and move into arm balances and challenging sequences as the series progresses.  Amped up playlists and a posibive fun-loving atmosphere. This is definitely "not yo mamma's yoga"!!


*Series limited to 24 students. Should the class fill, we can offer a second session in July!


*during your series, once you have covered the basics, you will also be able to practice at any of our regularly scheduled classes for a $5 drop in rate (a 50% discount)
